Energy Efficient Building Materials
We use high-quality SIP (Structurally Insulated Panels) framing materials that have proven to decrease cooling and heating requirements by 50% or more. With traditional framing, structures are susceptible to energy loss. Ceilings and Walls constructed with a conventional format can have thousands of cavities, which makes them vulnerable to airflow seepage.
A structure’s wooden frame conducts heat, from exterior to interior, or vice versa through thermal bridging. Traditional rafters and studs exchange this heat, resulting in a loss of thermal energy. Graphite Polystyrene SIP’s help minimize thermal bridging increasing your energy savings.
